I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless a Privacy (partial or full) add-on is ask for and purchased.

I have the right to work on personal work while doing your commission.

Depending on the order, commissions can take 1-2 weeks or up to 1 month depending on queue. If the client has a preferred due date or ETA they must be upfront about it.

Final product will have a small artist signature and be sent via VGen. No physical version of the artwork will be mailed.

If you would like to share the finished commission online, credit me (the artist) @astralghosty. I am fine with being fully tagged.

I will only accept payment through VGen with full payment required upfront.

The price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity.

All commissions under $100 will be paid upfront in full.

Commissions over $100 can be paid through milestones. (25% each stage - upfront, sketch, linework, color)

I reserve the right to decline / refund your commission for any reason whatsoever, including being rude or inappropriate behavior.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

I will inform you of any delays through contact means provided.

Notify you of my start.

Send sketch/lineart for first approval, this is where you will note any fixes.

Move onto line/base color

Send WIP for confirmation.

Move to final color.

Reach out for approval or changes (any large changes with incur a fee.)

Finalize the piece.

Send final files to you.

Final commissions will be delivered within 2 weeks from notified start, unless delays have been informed or you have purchased a rush order.

The final full resolution PNG image will be sent to you when finished along with a web-friendly sized JPG, or transparent background if needed. File varies on commission type

Final file format is generally PNG, 300 DPI, and RGB color mode.

Share across my online platforms (websites, social media, etc.)*

Publish the art (artbooks, zines, etc.)

Use the artwork for personal use.

Print the artwork for personal use and claim the characters as their own, not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork on monetized social media platforms as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

Selling the art as part of an Adoptable.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

NFT, AI, cryptocurrency, ML (machine learning) tools, or any similar processes that may develop in the future.
